The world is now your worst enemy

The world in which you live is not a habitat in which your body can thrive. Whether you believe in creationism or evolution, you cannot negate the fact that the air you breathe has never been more polluted nor can you turn a blind eye to the fact that the water you drink has never been dirtier. Year after year, the human race inputs tons of new chemicals into the environment. Many of these didn’t exist a few years ago, a hundred years ago, let alone when the first human (homo sapiens sapiens) is estimated to have inhabited the Earth some 200,000 years ago. And nobody really knows what happens when newly released chemicals interact with preexisting chemicals. Our interaction with the products of these reactions obviously compounds the problem. Simply put, our ancestors were never presented to the toxins in which you are currently submerged.

To make things worse, the food you eat has little to no nutritional value. It is these missing nutrients that are essential for the body to more effectively protect itself from this harsh environment. And it doesn’t matter how well you eat, it is impossible to get enough nutrients from diet alone. Read our “Supplementation” page for explanations as to why our foods are nutrient deficient.

As a result, we are seeing people face tremendous health challenges around the world. Every few years, we hear of a new disease; a new threat. Who ever heard of SARS before 2003? What about the bird flu? The latest was the swine flu in early 2009. Degenerative and chronic diseases are rising at alarming rates!

If you think about fixing problems before they arise, if you are someone who agrees that an ounce of prevention is worth more than a ton of treatment, this information is for you!
